Review of Fusion Japanese Steak House

There is no designated gluten free menu. However, they were knowledgeable and explained how they would cook menu items to be gluten free. My husband had hibachi chicken. He is extremely sensitive and had no problems. The waitress had a wonderful sense of humor and even joked that the water wasn't gluten free. We will definitely return.
