I don’t believe this location has many safety protocols and that the fryer is shared.
I’ve eaten at other locations (years ago) and didn’t have any problems. I have gotten sick every time at this one, despite trying different combos and options.
Fuzzy’s is a cheap and easy place to go with friends! I wouldn’t go to this location if you have celiac though.

Called because ratings and comments were mixed. Was told that this location did not have gluten free options. Won't be going there.
Delicious tacos for hella cheap.
I used to be a big fan, but something there has changed. I now get sick every time and will not go back. Sometimes I am sick a few hours, and sometimes I am sick a couple days. I've tried different menu items but I think it is the kitchen handling. Not Safe for me which makes me very sad, I liked being a regular. It's close, fast, and affordable which is why I kept going back. Might be good enough for intolerant, but not for Celiacs :(
No
Brisket nachos on corn tortillas stated gluten free on website but somehow I'm extremely ill today. I'll be more diligent next time.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
