When I arrived I asked the employee at check out about what their knowledge of GF. If she wasn’t knowledgeable then I needed to speak with the manager. She said he’s not available he went to the bank. She ended up having to call him. She was unable to find their GF menu. They have a disclaimer online that they make every attempt to avoid cross contact but can’t guarantee there wouldn’t be traces of gluten in the food since their food is prepared in a common kitchen. I ordered a breakfast taco. Was watching their preparations in the kitchen. They put the wheat tortillas on the same grill with the corn tortillas. It was apparent that they took no precautions to avoid cross contact. They didn’t change gloves. The same gloves that touch your GF corn tortillas reach into the bag and touch the wheat tortillas so definite cross contamination. They say their chips are GF but they fry them in a common fryer. This was very disappointing since there was a good review of this location. The review of this location however was 3 years ago so I was very cautious and purposefully watched how they prepared it. If you aren’t concerned about cross contamination then you would be fine eating here but for celiacs I would say don’t eat there.

The brisket tacos with corn tortilla is a must!!! I wish they had beer/cider options to drink though
You can find an allergen menu online (I haven't asked for one in person). Great tacos and margaritas!
Brisket nachos on corn tortillas stated gluten free on website but somehow I'm extremely ill today. I'll be more diligent next time.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
