I would not recommend for Celiac. The GF pizza is put in the pizza oven without a pan. It is placed right on the flour covered pizza oven. When I questioned the owner he said it was fine because the 600 degree oven "kills" the gluten.

Typical gluten free crust but excellent topping selection. Great friendly service. Yummy ice cream to top it all off.
