Excellent service, very careful with all my allergies. One thing was not available, but they were very good about working with me and the food was awesome
I was so excited to see their extensive menu posted in a local gluten free group. But when we ordered we were told that half the items on the menu were unavailable. Shortly after I ate the meal I had my tell tale gluten reaction.
The staff offered to call 911 (not needed for my type of reaction) and then gave us the check (charging full amount). After we asked, they took off 1/2 of the two main dishes my husband and I shared and charged the full amount for the appetizer.
We ordered the lotus root, cauliflower hot pot, and shrimp fried rice. The lotus root was overly sweet, like a gummy bear level of sweetness. The cauliflower was pretty good but seemed like it would be easy to make at home. The fried rice was fresh but didn’t have much flavor.
I was expecting delicious, authentic food—from their extensive menu I thought they knew what they were doing. Very disappointed by our experience.
