I asked if the gravy had gluten and the boss said it most likely does. I wouldn't recommend this place as safe for celiac.

They don’t advertise it, but the gravy used for the poutine is gluten free! Also happens to be vegetarian friendly. The fries are not yet cooked in their own fryer, but they are working on it.
