GALAXY restaurant offers a bunch of options that are prepared in a gluten-free way, the options are simple, mostly based on French fries with cheese, sausage, there’s gluten-free salad, two kinds of gluten-free soup, so you don’t starve while skiing :) the staff lacks a bit awareness, so you have to ask not to put gluten next to gluten-free items, they are super friendly so not an issue
