This establishment is willing to go the extra mile and will cater to your specific dietary needs. They are working in establishing a menu with alternatives but in the mean time they will accommodate any request if you call them. Their sauces, dressings, and cheese are all homemade and gluten free. They made me GF pasta. They hope to have a GF crust soon! I had a GF eggplant Parm w/ GF pasta, sald with GF creamy vinegarette and my meal was amazing. Portions are huge too! I had zero reactions. The staff seem to understand dietary restrictions and would take precautions if asked. They want to serve us all and are family owned and operated. A great locally owned establishment.
