Called ahead to ask if they could cater for coeliacs which they confirmed. Ensured they would order gf bases for my arrival. Upon ordering confirmed it would be cooked on seperate tray and would minimise risk of cross contamination as much as possible. No reaction afterwards and really nice to have pizza from a little family business.
