Review of Ganso Ramen Yokocho (Original Ramen Alley)

This ramen shop in the center of Sapporo is fabulous. I visited with my partner who is celiac and we were really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their attention to detail. The gluten free ramen is made with brown rice noodles and there are vegan options too. The chef did a good job checking with us about the chasu (pork) which he did not serve because it had small amounts of soy sauce. Ordering is done via vending machine but the staff is super helpful and friendly.
