This place has gluten-free fryers!! After asking, they said all that goes in are fries, falafel, and halloumi—all gluten free. The falafel was very yummy, we got the 10 count. The main food there that contains gluten is the wraps, and I didn’t ask about the sauces. So I’m not sure how cross contamination could work there. But the falafel was scooped straight from the fryer into the box. So happy!!
