Review of Garbonzo's Pizza

I called the Five Mile/Lake Hazel store and spoke with the owner/manager. He explained the prep process for the gluten free pizza and what ingredients are availble for gf. He explained he has family members who are celiac and has researched ingredients and taken what precautions are possible. I ordered 2 10 inch gf pizzas which came in their own tin pan and I had no problems. I can't speak for other Garbonzo stores in the treasure valley, but I would feel comfortable ordering from Garbonzos on Five Mile and Lake Hazel again if I reviewed the prep process with the staff at the store at that time.
