I've been twice. Neither time did the server understood what 'gluten-free' meant. Both times the waiters suggested every meat dish on the menu regardless of how the food was prepped or what accompaniments came with the meat. Later, after looking at supposed gluten-free dishes ordered by friends, It seemed that many items on these plates contained gluten (such as fries cooked in the same oil as non-gluten free items, steak topped with blue-cheese, licorice flavored rice, bourbon sauces, etc.). I was surprised because none of these items, apart from the fries, were mentioned by the staff as possibly having gluten in them. To be fair, the staff was very nice, but were very uneducated about what gluten-free means, and what items in their kitchen might even contain gluten. Therefore, this leads me to have low confidence in any item on the menu actually being gluten-free. I would not suggest this place if you are highly sensitive to gluten, as I'm fairly certain there are little to no precautions taken with this dietary need. I ended up having a hamburger on a bed of lettuce, which was good, but expensive for what it was. My non-gluten friends enjoyed their meals very much.

The head chef came out personally and explained all of the gf options available-- about half of the menu was innately safe or safe with modifications. Absolutely delicious!
