My last trip to Aruba in 2016 I remember eating here almost exclusively. I never got sick. Having celiac and traveling is usually an autoimmune disaster. Unfortunately my most recent trip to this restaurant on day one of vacation, I had an immediate reaction to gluten contamination. Which if you have celiac you know it can take days to recover from. Our waiter seemed convincing, with a “no problem” attitude, which was a problem. Very disappointing.
