When you receive the menu tell them that you’re gf so they can warm up the gf buns right away as it takes a bit of time. For the menu itself, most of the stuff can be adjust to make it gf and the staff seemed knowledgable too. Though I don’t think they have a dedicated gf space to prevent cross contamination, but I never had a problem so far.
