This is an authentic Mexican restaurant so there is barely any gluten in there. The only part is flour tortillas for burritos, a flour bowl, and flour cinnamon sugar chips they give you at the end. Other than that it is all safe. The chips are fried in their own fryer and they don’t use wheat as a thickening agent. I always crave their food!
