Review of Garland

Garland is an asian fusion type of restaurant that is amazingly delicious and one of my new favorite restaurants! They have their GF items clearly marked and understand contamination. When I told my Waitress I needed GF, she said that they weren't preparing anything with gluten near their GF foods and even talked about their air filtration system.
