They have gluten free toast and when you order it with your breakfast they ask if it is allergy or preference. Extra care is taken for allergies. Really friendly, thoughtful, and courteous staff!

My gf intolerant daughter and I ate here. Delicious gf pancakes that were higher and the usual gf options like eggs and bacon. Unsure on the protocol since we are both only intolerant and she was with a group. Options were not marked on the menu but the staff was knowledgeable. Also had the usual up charge of a couple of dollars for gf.
