They were very nice, didn't understand what gluten was but all of the steaks and most of the sides are gluten free. They offered to make the asparagus in a separate pan on the stove if I was worried about the shared grill which was nice. I ordered Lomo Argentino (tenderloin) and a baked potato on the side. It was decent.
For dessert I had the pineapple creme brulee. I think they also had ice cream for the other GF dessert option.
I asked about the fryer and it is used for the empanadas, so anything fried there will not be celiac safe.
