I am surprised no one has mentioned that the barley risotto is marked GF on the menu, and a salad with barley is also listed as GF. I asked and the risotto cannot be modified to make it without barley. This makes me wonder if the chefs/management know what gluten is? That said, I had the (actually GF) truffle flatbread and an ice cream sundae and both were it delicious.
