My husband is gluten free for his issues with vitamin malabsorption, so we are not as concerned as highly allergic or celiac people might be. They had gluten free buns for his burger and made sure he knew there was wheat flour on the onions they normally use to top it. They left it off and remembered he could not have cheese. He left happy. Service was friendly and eager and she was very happy to accommodate our special requests.
