Recommended by a fellow celiac. they have an extensive listing of gf Swabian specialities, but I haven‘t been there yet.

Modern German kitchen. High Standard. They do a lot of dishes espacially gluten free and serve it with a gluten free label. They do even dishes like "Spätzle" gluten free. Nice cozy environment decorated with love. Everyone gets a fresh apple while leaving. Prices are a bit Higher, but worth while. I love it here for special occasions. Also the beer garden ist very nice. Do make a reservation thow.
