Morning coffee (alvarium) and pastry (small state) stalls. There has always been some some type of gf baked good and everyone has been delicious!
Midday the bar and kitchen gets going and there are rotating food trucks. Offerings vary but has always been something workable. All day great hangout spot

The Gastropark has an indoor retail area, bar and cafe, as well as food trucks out front. The servers were well informed and cooked burger in separate pan to avoid cross contamination. They also told me which food trucks might have GF options.
Menu advertises gluten free buns for burgers and hot dogs. Rolls are from local dedicated GF bakery (Make it GF in Canton). Ketchup was Heinz. My very selective (celiac) daughter loved the burger! We’ll be back!! Perfect - because the rest of the family loves food trucks but always hard to go together.
