This is a culinary institute, so it's students preparing all food, and the food is very........eclectic. My husband had the market fish with peach sauce stuff, it was served as a rare fish so not my style but he said it was incredible. We had the gf waffle with carrots 3 ways, sounds weird, but it was also great and I ate it all before thinking to take a picture. The scallops were delicious, and the pork belt was good, a little dry, but good. We did not like either of the desserts we tried. My husband's was not gluten free, not that it matters, if you come here, do the 3 course not the 4, the desserts aren't worth it.
