On safety—As a professionally trained chef with years of experience, Sarah is well versed in dealing with sensitive populations in a commercial kitchen. We are NOT an exclusively gluten free kitchen, however, we are aware of how to work to avoid cross-contamination, and we employ a separate toaster oven for gluten-free food preparation (we do not use any fryers in our facility). We keep gluten free bread and wraps on hand for those who may wish to enjoy them. Our food is primarily prepared from scratch and we our chef is always happy to discuss our menu in order to best advise our customers.

A charming, warm, and friendly chef-owned and run cafe just outside of the Central Market district. While it’s a small kitchen and they don’t have a dedicated fryer, the chef understands gluten free needs and will take caution in the small kitchen if alerted. Currently, two employees are gluten free and very understanding. After speaking with them at length, as a Celiac I felt comfortable eating there. They have GF bread, wraps and will do everything to safely prep. Just opened March 2023.
