I have been here 3 times and never gotten sick. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and have never had a problem. There are many GF options and most dishes can be modified to be GF. The staff is knowledgeable about Celiac disease and the kitchen seems well-trained. This is one of the few places in Omaha that I trust.
I had a great experience here! The waiter was very knowledgeable (down to the type of oil the brussel sprouts are cooked in). I had the father burger with a gluten free bun and broccolini as a side instead of fries. It was delicious. We also shared the bone marrow fried rice as an appetizer. So delicious!!! I felt so safe eating here and had no reactions!
So happy to have another option downtown. This place gets it. I have eaten here a few times and all the servers seem to have knowledge of what gluten is, and which dishes are safe or can be modified. When they are unsure they go to the kitchen to check. No dedicated fryer but quite a few options and this last time when I mentioned Celiac she said she would alert the kitchen to change gloves, etc. The food is excellent. They have a cool room in the basement where they grow all their own greens hydroponically, and the flavor is excellent. I live the scallops and the seasoned carrots. This time discovered they have an flourless chocolate dessert that was delicious.
