Review of Gather

I had a wonderful experience at Gather last night. I told my server first thing that I have celiac and he immediately explained that the fryer is shared. I asked him to steer me away from any fried items which he did. The staff is clearly trained in regards to differing levels of gluten sensitivity. The food was excellent and I feel great this morning.
