Very complete allergen menu offered on request. I had the all you can eat salad bar. Tons of gf choices. Note though that the mashed potatoes and 2 types of chicken that are included with the salad bar are not gf. But plenty of food, you won't go hungry! Also a couple dessert options! And the cheese bread is gf too! Made with yucca root. Tasty!

We were assured that they could handle GF. We are there and they served mashed potatoes. I asked if they were GF and the server confirmed yes. They had a white sauce on them and I asked about the sauce. He said - Gluten Free! After taking a bite full, he came flying out of the kitchen to say that the sauce was not GF! So, I would say they need to better educate their staff on GF. It was expensive but tasty. No other mishaps.

Most items are naturally gluten free even including the cheese tapioca flour rolls which are AMAZING! GF menu.
