Gaucho's Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse

the service was great. upon being told I needed gluten free, our server got the manager who walked me through what was safe to eat. the plantains are cooked in a dedicated fryer. ;)

Below review seems a little sketchy...someone from the company? I've heard mixed reviews on how 'GF' this place is. I stick with the salad bar, but wouldn't touch the meats or side dishes.

Dined many times. Never ill. Pleasant and helpful staff always. Very clean. A Reviewer on another site stated Gauchos marinates meat in beer, I contacted the restaurant by phone. The chicken and the pork is marinated in GLUTEN-FREE beer. The lamb is marinated in wine. The red meats are not marinated at all--only seasoned with salt. The bread is also gluten-free. Yum! This is my first post and felt this restaurant was worthy of my time to do so =) Please put this on your "Must Try" list.
