Not safe for celiacs, staff unaware of gluten ingredients Despite repeatedly asking about gluten free recommendations and that the chef be notified of my allergy, food arrived on wheat noodles instead of mashed potatoes. Server recomended "gluten free" flax bread, but the main ingredient is rye.

Menu offered a gluten free beer and some gluten free food selections. Waiter was knowledgable about gluten allergy and was able to substitute items to make entree gluten free. Spaetzle was not gluten free but they substituted it for mashed potatoes. Both soups offered are worth trying.
