Review of Gaylord's at Kilohana

Staff seemed confused about what celiac is. I ordered a cucumber lavender mojito and they up charged me for the rum I chose because I wanted to make sure it was a gluten free spirit used. When it came out it was way too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. The waiter was friendly just not knowledgeable. I ate the caprese salad without crostini. It was delicious but small. Celiacs should steer clear of this restaurant.
