Waitress not knowledgeable but very sweet and asked the manager and kitchen plenty of questions for me. They have gf soy sauce. Make sure you let them know though because some apps are breaded when they don’t say breaded in the menu! No GF menu but they were able to adjust pretty much any roll to be gluten free for me
