This restaurant offers GF pasta for $2 upcharge and GF pizza base for $4 up charge. When I inquired to the owner/manager about handling of GF items she informed me that if I am truly Celiac then her establishment is not for me as they don't clean or take any precautions to prevent flour from getting on GF foods. There was nothing on her menu that I could have. She even stated that the Salads come in contact with flour covered hands. So I got to sit and watch my friends eat while I enjoyed a refreshingly unsatisfying glass of water. :-(
