They were knowledgeable about gf options and cross contamination, and they have gf (& vegan) cones. I prefer when ice cream places scoop from fresh containers to be safe, and she did offer to do this right before we were about to leave so I got to have some, but it did not seem like something they regularly do. The gelato was amazing though, best I’ve ever had.
