Very good ice cream made by a local who’s sister has Celiac disease. He is very aware of the disease and says all of his ice creams are gluten free except one, which he will point out to you if you ask. He washes his serving spoon between each person he severs, so no risk for cross contamination. He does not have gluten free cones, but the ice cream is so good by itself that you will not even want a cone.
