There is a menu board that tells you what allergen is in each flavor. I told the person who was scooping the gelato that I needed it gluten free, they have a separate scoop with a different handle for gluten free. There is still a risk of cross contamination as the other non gluten free scoop may come in contact with the gelato.

Came here for an after dinner dessert, it was delicious. Had a large sign right on the bus with all known allergens which was suoer helpfu. Our family is ok with cc just not food with gluten in it. We had the black hawaii, mango, and mint chocolate chip in a cup. all delicious.

Amazing gelato. All flavors are marked. No GF cones anymore. I asked multiple times throughout my stay in Aruba

Yes

They have little allergen cards that state gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. Inexpensive and the perfect size for a treat. I had the banana gelato and it was amazing!
