Disponibile brioche e cono senza glutine. Stanno attenti alla contaminazione mettendosi I guanti e prendendo il gelato da alcune vaschette che tengono in laboratorio. I gusti non sono tutti disponibili in versione gf ma ce ne sono comunque molti.
