They wouldn’t scoop from the front of the container because of aesthetic of the gelato. Server was not polite about it or accommodating at all.

They do have gluten free options but with the risk of cross contamination from cones I would not recommend for celiacs or highly sensitive people.

Hi Analise, yes unfortunately cross contamination is always a risk and we don't hide that. We have one kitchen and one machine therefore if you are highly sensitive or celiac we just don't recommend anything. We try to do the best we can and inform all our customers which then make their own decisions. We are not marked nor advertise ourselves as a gluten free establishment so I am not sure why we are here or why you are so upset. We take your health seriously and that is why we are always very transparent and forthcoming with all the info. Scoping from the front unfortunately does not remove the issue, we also use brand new spatulas if you wish, but again these procedures are never 100% safe if you are celiac (but ok for others). My wife & son are gluten free too so I understand, but it's impossible for us to fully accommodate gluten free and again, we are very transparent about it.

They are good, gluten free options are good and will scoop from front if you ask to ensure no cross contamination...however some of the server get a bit rude when you ask...but most are good

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They had a few different flavors of Gluten Free and some dairy free. Everything was fresh. Small chance of cross contamination but I had no issues.
