Gluten “sensitive” items are marked. Wait staff said that most menu items can be modified as well. Also Vegan and vegetarian options marked on menu.

I got the vegan lasagna and I really liked it. I was very pleased. I was told that the Fryer is only used on items that are marked as gluten sensitive or are naturally gluten free.

However, I think that cross contamination may have been an issue. I did not have a reaction as bad as I usually do but it does feel like I may be reacting from something (gluten or dairy).
