A nice chain in Paris. I had a 4 cheese pizza. It wasn’t the best I’ve had in Paris. Too much cheese without enough flavor. The crust was totally acceptable but not out of the ordinary. A bit too chewy and gummy. A 100% acceptable meal but there’s also better pizza to be had in Paris that’s a lot closer to what you’d find in Italy. Wait staff was busy but friendly.
Highly recommend for gluten free diners and everyone else- the gf bread is incredible and so is the pizza crust. Our daughter was surprised when the pulp salad was octopus as the server said it was fish- but we had plenty of other lovely food to share too. What a treat to have veal and pasta and fresh baked bread - all gluten free!!! Thank you!
They do offer a gluten free menu, but the menu clearly states there is a risk of contamination. The staff did not give me a good feeling that they were knowledgeable about cross contamination but that could have been the language barrier. To be honest, though, the food was mediocre at best. We ordered pasta, and it was over cooked and the meal was just not good. There are so many other places to go in Paris where you can get a better meal.
We ate here for lunch. We came in about 15 minutes before closing, but they accommodated us anyway. The gentleman working in the dining room was very friendly, and explained the menu to us (as it was all in French). The pizza was excellent—the crust had a nice flavor and chew. The dining room was comfortable, not cramped as many French cafes tend to be.
We ate here twice on a recent vacation to Paris. The GF pizza is really, really good. The service is attentive and friendly. My daughter and I are both Celiac and had no issues whatsoever. It is a charming and small space and feels like you are eating in a neighborhood bistro.
Went here 2 days in a row as the GF pizza was excellent! Had risotto with prawns as well that was so good! Of note, consider reservations since the restaurant is small and popular and has a tendency to get busy.
After a lovely welcome I was talked through the menu and what was available GF (including some of the specials). I opted for pasta which had a nice-tasting sauce but unfortunately the linguine had broken into v short lengths and wasn't really al dente. I'd give them another try though :)
