You have to make sure that you tell the people at the grill you have a gluten allergy and you need them to cook it in the back. All sauces are marked gluten free, and the waiters are pretty knowledgeable about the gluten allergy.
Everything was labelled well. don't chose items next to a wheat containing item. may have cross contamination. You will need to ask to have it cooked in the back so it doesn't get cooked on the same surface as all the others.

Great food, super friendly about allergies. Never gotten sick here and eaten here a lot! Everyone in my family loves it. My dad is salt free and safe here, too.
Not celiac friendly, I called ahead and spoke to the manager. I was assured they would prepare my celiac children’s food separately from the other food on the grill, but they put it right next to some being prepared with noodles and sure enough, my daughter’s bowl had noodles in the rice. I brought it to the managers attention and he acted like it was no big deal and barely did anything. We will never be back.

Good stir fry. If you let them know when you come in that you have an allergy, they take precautions against cross contact. There are a lot of gluten-free ingredients. The Ginger water and garlic water are gluten friendly. Sweet N sour and mango BBQ sauces or gluten friendly.
You need to say "allergy" when giving your food to the cooks and they will give you a different colored number tag. Once watched when they prepared my dish and they first cleaned the pan to avoid cross contamination.
While they have GF options I got very sick when I ate there. I told the girl that I have an allergy and need the grill cleaned. She seemed less than interested and halfway muttered "allergy" when handing off my order. I should have made sure they cooks acknowledged but I didn't. I was sick for days. If you are a celiac DONT eat here.
Does not have GF menu. Only 2 sauces available-bbq and sweet and sour. Even manager wasn't knowledgeable about GF sauces. Cross contamination is very likely
I love this place. You build your own meal with the fresh ingredients you want. the sauces are labeled as to what contains gluten, and the cooks will take it and cook it on a separate grill in back. My Waiter asked me if I had food allergies before he even asked what I wanted to drink. I'll not sure how safe this place would be for Celiac's because of potential cross contamination, but I have gluten intolerance and have never gotten sick.
This place is GF (and vegan) friendly, but I won't be eating here ever again. The risk of cross-contamination (by customers) is very likely. I've witnessed too many gross things done by customers handling food. If you want to avoid this, go right when they open - then the grill AND food will be clean for sure. The staff is *usually* super nice, and they *try* to keep the food clean. If you like this place, get a GG card. We've gotten plenty of free bowls here before we stopped going.
The staff is very knowledgable of gluten free items on the menu. My favorite go to place to eat in a hurry.

After reading another person's review, I was looking forward to trying this place out, especially as family members have praised it as a great place to eat. When I got there, I explained I was gluten free and received a special card to indicate that. I asked for brown rice when I chose a starch. When I received my bowl, I dug in but surprised to find two noodles in it after a few minutes. I called our waitress over and the manager over. They apologized and offered to replace the bowl. Having just gone gluten-free and researched this place, I was disappointed and no longer hungry. I hope this was a teaching opportunity for the those working the grill and thank goodness I didn't get sick.

Asked if they had GF menu and they had no idea what I was talking about. Did not know anything about gluten :( I went ahead and did the build your own and was pleasantly surprised to see items labeled if it had gluten, soy, etc. I'm glad I went with that choice! When I gave it to the cook, he even put a special tag to show allergy :) better experience than I expected

the staff here were courteous and very knowledgeable about my needs. they directed me to the GF sauces and the cook assured me my dish would be cooked in a separate area so cross contamination would be minimized. I didn't chance the marinated steak and would recommend against it for other Celiacs as well. The food was delicious and I had no reactions, I will visit this establishment often. I did come early so it was not busy, I only mention this because I know when some places get busy a minor slip up is more likely.
Love Genghis Grill! They have gluten free rice noodles that are very good and a couple of sauces that are GF. All items are labeled making it very easy to know what I can have. The staff are very cautious of allergies. They specifically ask before you build your bowl and before they cook your food if you have any. 5 stars all the way.
I used to love this place, when I wasn't told I had a gluten allergy, now every-time I go and I get the allergy blue card and they add the extra wood sticks to separate my food from the rest, I seem to ALWAYS get a couple pieces of food that I never put in mine. I know some places have a separate grill they cook on, but this one does not

Since it's Mongolian Stir-Fry, you put your meat and veggies in your bowl. The sauces are labeled and lets you know which allergens they contain. The cooks ask if you have any allergies when they take your bowl and take it to the back to cook it separate from everyone else's bowl. If you are super sensitive you need to be careful on the buffet of items from the back falling into and mixing with buffet items in the front.
Somehow this works. Cross contamination should be an issue but it hasn't been. I favorite place to go.
This is my go to place when I want to go out to eat. They seem to take allergies/sensitivities pretty seriously. You get to pick what you want in the bowl. All their foods are clearly labelled with allergen info. My only complaint is that they don't have many sauce options if you're gluten free.
Excellent food with a knowledgable staff. The server and the kitchen staff easily provided me with info on "safe" sauces and were very accommodating to ensure my meal remained gluten free.
