I have plenty of family and friends that are vegetarian or gluten free. I’m neither vegetarian nor gluten free but I have tried there options there, and they are amazing! Great place to go with friends or relatives!❤

I spoke with the server. I think all the toppings are gf. They have certain noodles that are labeled gf. Meats are all gf. They had gf soy sauce and some others. Didn’t get sick. Other reviewer said spring rolls were gf, I didn’t ask but they didn’t look gf so I didn’t eat. They grilled my meal on a special grill in the back by request.

The staff does know a lot about gluten and their BBQ bar is labeled with gf items. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy they will cook it back in the kitchen separately so no cross contamination occurs. The food is decent, but nothing spectacular. The one gem I did find though is that their spring rolls are gf!! They r delicious and quenched my 2-year-long craving for one! Warning: if you do the BBQ bar, you can’t get a togo box for your leftovers like you can at other Mongolian grills.

They offer 25 different vegetables, 12 meat and seafood and 15 spices and past. Most of the seasonings are gluten free, such as Chipotle Meat rub, Tequila Lime Seasoning, Mediterranean Seasoning, Sriracha sauce, Squid Brand sauce. Cooking separately are available.
