While their website says they cater to celiacs, in practice they were not ready to do so. They offer to cook your food separately from the rest of it, which is cooked traditionally on a large iron barbecue in front of you. The buffet had some gluten free options and was relatively good for cross contamination, but the sauces we’re supposed to be marked as GF but weren’t. When i asked if they had a gluten free alternative to their noodles, they said no. I finally figured out i could ask for rice instead but it might have been nice if they suggested that.
