Absolutely delicious!! I got the Wagyu beef hot noodle. It isn’t cheap but totally worth it. I asked about the tempura and she said yes it was battered in flour. The Menu is digital and you can take your time ordering. Soba- Is made of Buckwheat so naturally not wheat flour
