The staff is knowledgeable, and, more importantly, double checked on anything that they weren’t 100% sure about. Almost everything could be made gluten free. They even have gluten free bread.

I had the French Onion Soup (with no bread), which was incredible, as well as a Filet Minion with Port Au Jus. Everything was delicious, albeit pricey.

Traditional steak house (ala Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris just not as good). Nice atmosphere with a very friendly and accommodating staff. They were knowledgeable about GF and had many options including sides like potatoes au gratin. In the US this would be a 3 star as the food was not as good, but if looking for a nice GF dinner in Prague, you will be gluten safe and have a nice time.

Delicious prime American beef. All steaks and most sides are gf. I had the bone-in ribeye, loaded baked potato and sautéed asparagus. The staff is very attentive and well trained. $$$
