I had a reaction after eating this GF pizza. I am only intolerant, so I'm not even super sensitive, but I felt very bad for two days. I wonder if someone sprinkled flour during prep. In addition to that, I did not like the GF crust at all. It was undercooked, tasted weird and flavorless (like a limp soggy communion wafer), and was completely stuck to the metal pan. I was scraping globs of the "pizza" off the pan with a fork and eating it that way. I will not be going back.

My wife, who is celiac, says that this is the best GF pizza around. She's tried lots of GF pizzas in the area. But she is NOT sensitive to trace amounts of Gluten. If you are, then apparently you need to avoid this place and try Lugano's or Uncle Maddio's instead. They're both good too, and they are both very careful about their prep process.

I've ordered from here twice before, but hadn't gotten sick (celiac). Tonight, I tried to order for delivery and the (I'm guessing) manager called me back and told me that they do not have a separate prep area, and the only thing they do is place the "gluten free" pizza on a dish in the oven, and as such strongly recommended that I do not order from there.
TL;DR - fad diet only place.

Really great gluten free pizza! One of the best I've had.
Best gf crust I've had so far
