The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten intolerance. She indicated that there was not a gluten-free space in the kitchen, so cross contamination could be possible. But they would try to limit this as much as possible. She also double checked if the fryer was separate. The gluten-free food is not marked on the menu, but there are a lot of options. When serving the food it was indicated which dish was gluten-free and it came with a different mayonnaise then the rest of the dishes.
