I was shocked that the owner of the restaurant didn‘t know what gluten is. After asking her how the ice cream is stored, I had to explain what contamination sources are. Ended up drinking a water as my family ate ice cream. She was at least friendly enough to let me eat my gluten free cookies that I brought with me.
