They used to prepare gluten-free foods in the kitchen, but they realized the chances of cross contamination were too high, so they abandoned that idea. Instead, they have purchased gluten-free breads and sell them in the display case on the counter. I had banana bread and, I believe, orange bread. Both were delicious, and I suffered no ill effects.
