After reading how highly rated this place is for celiacs on this app I was excited d to try it. When I asked the man taking orders about gluten free options because I have celiac, he said that I shouldn’t trust anything in their kitchen because of high risk of cross contamination. I obviously did not eat here after his bold disclaimer.

Great rare find! Separate GF menu and staff knew how to make it safe. Many items can also be dairy free. I had a beef bowl with veggies, rice, and salsa. Nicely spiced! You can even order complete meals to go. I WILL go back!

This restaurant is now closed and has become a vitamin supplement store instead. The same owners own the vitamin store but it is no longer a restaurant.

Menus include gluten free, dairy free, and whole 30. Not just a restaurant but also has smoothies and carry out prepared meals. Healthy but still super yummy!

I'm absolutely in love with this place, and I order their meal plan weekly. So far, not sick, and the food is pretty good. They do use separate surfaces, gloves, and tools, but are not solely a GF business and did give me the (so far unnecessary) disclaimer that they are a shared kitchen.

We happened upon this place when stopping in Des Moines to refuel on a road trip. It was listed on Yelp with 5 stars but not on the GF app yet. What a pleasant surprise! So nice to be able to eat a healthy, delicious and SAFE meal while traveling! The owner himself was working the register - turns out he's been in business for 2 months. He's clearly passionate about clean eating! In addition to being a restaurant, they also do meal prep and grab-and-go items. I had the GFG chicken salad, which was just enough when supplemented by some of the sweet potato-carrot- parsnip fries, which I highly recommend! Next time we are in town I'm anxious to try the blazin' bison burger with GF bun. My husband had the Thai Dizzle wrap, and he loved the sauce served with it. Didn't catch the owner's name, but it seems like the place is doing great so far, and rightly so!
